At QuasarMD, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
